At Baddel we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and transparent.
Return Window
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging intact.
What is eligible for return?
- Full-price items in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must not show signs of wear, perfumes, or deodorant marks.
- Final sale and personalized items are non-returnable (see details below).
How to start a return
Request your return through your account's Orders page or use our returns form. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. We'll email you a pre-paid returns label when eligible.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We'll notify you by email once the refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, request an exchange through the returns flow. Exchanges are processed as new orders and are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@baddel.live with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items
- Underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal removed) and pierced jewelry.
- Final sale, customizable or personalized items.
- Items showing wear or not returned in original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
We provide a pre-paid returns label for eligible returns within the return window. For change-of-mind returns outside promotions, a small return fee may apply. International returns may be subject to customs and duties charged by local authorities.
